We are seeking an Audiologist for a new traveling trainer position with a MAJOR company within the hearing industry!
The Field Training Audiologist plays a key role in driving sales and profitability by providing product and software training that enhances customer knowledge, skills, and familiarity with the company's product lines. This position also offers audiological support, including hearing aid fitting and troubleshooting, to influence customers' purchasing decisions. Additionally, this role involves delivering training on audiology, technical knowledge, and product use to company employees.
The territory covers Southern California, Arizona, and New Mexico. Expect extensive travel with a minimum of 3-4 overnights per week, traveling Monday - Thursday.

Job Details and Responsibilities:
- Communicate important account information to sales and management teams regularly.
- Deliver high-quality, consistent customer training.
- Support sales of all products within assigned geographic areas.
- Represent the organization at national, state, and regional events.
- Play a key role in product launches, demonstrating and promoting new products.
- Maintain administrative records, including expenses within corporate guidelines.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Product Management, Technical Support, and R&D to ensure a positive customer experience.
