Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist - Private Practice

This well-established, family-owned hearing healthcare practice is seeking an Audiologist or Hearing Aid Specialist to join our team in the Marion, IL area. With multiple locations and a new pediatric program on the horizon, this is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while advancing your career.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule with daytime hours  

• Provide diagnostics, patient counseling, and hearing aid fittings

• Opportunity to help build a pediatric program  

• Travel to multiple clinic locations in Southern Illinois (mileage reimbursed)  

• Strong support staff for seamless patient care and administrative ease

Compensation & Benefits:

• Audiologist Compensation: $100,000 base salary + commission (15% of private pay sales exceeding $125,000 per quarter)

• Hearing Aid Specialists Compensation: Competitive base + performance incentives

• $15,000 signing bonus
