Audiologist - Private Practice

Tampa, FL
Full Time
Entry Level
This well-established and rapidly growing private hearing care organization is seeking an Audiologist to join one of its thriving offices operating under a recognizable, community-trusted name. This group has expanded to over 30 offices across the East and Midwest since its inception in 2022 and is backed by an executive team with decades of leadership in the hearing healthcare space.

Despite its fast-paced growth, the organization has maintained a "hometown clinic" feel—offering providers the close-knit atmosphere of a small business alongside the resources and strategic support of a larger entity.

Position Overview:
The ideal candidate is an Audiologist who is both clinically competent and open to learning sales techniques. This is not a high-pressure sales environment, but rather one that values educational closing-guiding patients toward the best hearing solutions through trust and knowledge. Sales training will be provided for those who are coachable and eager to grow in this area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Routine diagnostics
  • Comprehensive hearing aid fittings using a full product portfolio
  • Insurance and private pay patients (minimal third-party involvement)

The role may also involve physician outreach and local community engagement events, as physician referrals are a major source of patient flow.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary: DOE, plus commission
  • Flexibility in compensation structure
  • Full suite of benefits including:
    • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
    • 401(k) retirement plan
    • Life insurance
    • PTO plus safe and sick leave
    • Marketing and administrative support to let you focus on patients, not paperwork
    • Opportunities to help shape a growing organization with long-term stability

Why Live & Work in Tampa, FL?
  • Warm Weather & Sunshine! Enjoy year-round sunshine, mild winters, and easy access to beaches and outdoor activities.
  • A growing metro with top-rated restaurants, entertainment, pro sports teams, and a thriving arts scene.
  • More affordable than many other major coastal cities, with a range of neighborhoods to fit your lifestyle.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an Audiologist who is looking for both clinical autonomy and professional development—especially someone eager to contribute to a growing practice that blends personal care with corporate strength.
