- Greeting and checking in patients
- Answering incoming phone calls and scheduling appointments
- Managing patient records and maintaining accurate documentation
- Assisting with insurance verification and patient paperwork
- Coordinating office flow and supporting day-to-day operations
- Traveling between the practice's Las Vegas and Henderson offices as needed
Who We're Looking For
- Friendly, professional, and patient-focused attitude
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy office environment
- Comfortable working at both the Las Vegas and Henderson locations
- Previous medical, healthcare, or customer service experience is a plus, but motivated individuals with transferable skills are encouraged to apply
