About the Opportunity: As the go-to support for the clinic’s providers and ownership team, you’ll balance clinical care, practice coordination, and a warm, welcoming presence for every patient walking through the door. This position is based in Montrose, CO, with occasional travel to Gunnison roughly twice a month.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
- Clinical Support
- Assist the providers with device fittings, maintenance, and patient follow-up.
- Educate patients on hearing care and proper use of their hearing aids.
- Manage clinical documentation and maintain HIPAA-compliant records
- Practice Operations
- Scheduling, patient intake, and daily front office functions.
- Oversee inventory and vendor communications.
- Handle basic billing/invoicing and help ensure regulatory compliance.
- Marketing & Community Engagement
- Support local outreach and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain positive relationships with referring providers and community partners.
- Contribute to social media or local campaigns when needed.

Position Requirements:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Gmail, Zoom, and Google Chat.
- Quick learner with tools like CounselEAR, Audiology AI, and Simple Text (or ready to be trained).
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Experience in healthcare, audiology, or clinical admin is a plus (but not required).
