This well-established, patient-focused hearing care practice in Manassas, VA is seeking 1–2 Audiologists or Hearing Instrument Specialists to join their growing team. Position Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting hearing evaluations, recommending and fitting hearing devices, and providing ongoing patient counseling and support. The position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative clinical environment focused on delivering high-quality hearing care and building lasting patient relationships.


Key Responsibilities
 
  • Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and audiometric testing  
  • Recommend, fit, and program hearing devices based on patient needs and lifestyle  
  • Provide counseling and education to patients and families regarding hearing health and device usage  
  • Perform hearing aid adjustments, troubleshooting, and follow-up care  
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation  
  • Stay informed on advancements in hearing care technology and best practices  
  • Collaborate with patients and team members to ensure the best possible hearing outcomes
